This Privacy Policy explains how Hangzhou Star Vision Technology Co., Ltd (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile applications, including FE Exam AI Prep and PE Exam AI Prep (the “Apps”). If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Apps.

1. Who we are

The data controller is Hangzhou Star Vision Technology Co., Ltd. For any privacy request, contact us at contact@xingshiyu.com.cn.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — your name when Apple or Google provides it, email address, user ID, and authentication credentials.
• Study profile — your selected discipline, target exam date, and weekly study budget.
• In-app activity — questions attempted, answers, correctness, timing, confidence ratings, mock-exam scores, topic mastery, wrong-answer review history, and video progress.
• Subscription information — your purchase and subscription status (the payment itself is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not receive your full card details).
• AI request content — prompts you submit to optional live-AI features and the relevant study context shown on the consent screen for that request.
• AI response reports — when you choose to report a generated response, we store that response, its request ID, the issue category, and your optional note. The report does not store your original prompt.

We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise or coarse location, advertising identifiers, or data for cross-app tracking.

3. How we use your information

• Compute your readiness score and recommend your next practice set.
• Build spaced-repetition “wrong-question recovery” queues.
• Provide and manage your subscription and account.
• Provide optional AI explanations, coaching, diagnoses, plans, and reviews that you request.
• Review AI response reports to investigate accuracy, safety, privacy, and quality issues.
• Use aggregate subscription reporting to operate our purchase offerings.

We do not sell your personal data. Practice questions and worked explanations are authored separately from user data using publicly available exam specifications. Before the first live-AI request, the App names DeepSeek, lists the prompt and study fields needed for that feature, and asks for your permission. Only after you consent and make the request do we send those fields through our server to DeepSeek to generate a response. If permission is off, no prompt or study context is sent to DeepSeek and the App continues to provide deterministic local recommendations.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we process data to perform our contract with you (providing the Apps), on the basis of your consent (for optional live-AI requests), and for our legitimate interests (security and operating the product). You may withdraw live-AI consent at any time in Settings → Privacy & AI.

Our service providers (such as Supabase, RevenueCat, and DeepSeek) may process data on servers located in the United States and other countries. By using the Apps, you understand your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your own, with appropriate safeguards in place.

7. Data retention

We keep your account and study data while your account is active. When you delete your account in the app (Settings → Delete account), we start deleting your account data immediately, including cleanup requests to connected identity and subscription service providers. Account-linked AI response reports are deleted with the account, and we complete deletion from active systems promptly. Residual copies in backups or security logs may take up to 30 days to age out. Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription; Apple billing remains manageable in your Apple ID settings.

• Request access to or correction of your account and study data.
• Delete your account and associated data in the app, or request deletion on the web at privacy.zhouriwan.com/delete-account.
• Withdraw DeepSeek permission at any time under Settings → Privacy & AI.
• EEA/UK residents have rights under GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

9. Children’s privacy

The Apps are intended for adults preparing for professional engineering exams. They are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and access to stored data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice within the Apps.

• AI 请求内容——您提交给可选实时 AI 功能的提示词,以及该次请求的同意页面列明的相关学习上下文。
• AI 回复举报——当您主动举报某条生成回复时,我们会保存该回复、请求 ID、问题分类和您的可选备注;举报记录不保存您的原始提示词。

我们不收集您的通讯录、照片、精确或大致位置、广告标识符,也不进行跨应用追踪。

3. 我们如何使用这些信息

• 计算您的备考就绪度,并推荐下一组练习。
• 构建基于间隔重复的“错题复盘”队列。
• 提供并管理您的订阅与账户。
• 在您请求时提供可选的 AI 解析、辅导、诊断、计划与复盘。
• 审核 AI 回复举报,调查准确性、安全、隐私与质量问题。
• 使用汇总的订阅报告来运营购买方案。

我们不出售您的个人数据。练习题与解析依据公开考试规范独立编写,与用户数据分开。 在第一次实时 AI 请求前,应用会明确说明提供商为 DeepSeek,列出该功能需要发送的提示词 与学习字段,并请求您的许可。只有在您同意并主动发起请求后,这些字段才会通过我们的服务器发送给 DeepSeek 生成回复。关闭许可时,不会向 DeepSeek 发送提示词或学习上下文,应用仍会提供确定性的本地推荐。

在您的账户处于活跃状态期间,我们保留您的账户与学习数据。当您在应用内删除账户(设置 → 删除账户)后, 我们会立即开始删除您的账户数据;与账户关联的 AI 回复举报也会随账户删除,并尽快从活动系统中完成删除。备份、安全日志或服务提供商系统中的残留副本 最多可能需要 30 天自然清除。删除账户不会取消 App Store 订阅;Apple 计费仍需在您的 Apple ID 设置中管理。

• 在应用内删除您的账户及相关数据,或通过网页 privacy.zhouriwan.com/delete-account 提交删除请求。
• 随时在“设置 → 隐私与 AI”中撤回 DeepSeek 许可。
• 欧洲经济区/英国居民享有 GDPR 下的权利;加州居民享有 CCPA/CPRA 下的权利。中国境内用户依《个人信息保护法》享有相应权利。

本应用面向准备专业工程考试的成年人,不面向 13 岁以下(欧洲经济区为 16 岁以下)儿童, 我们不会在知情情况下收集其个人数据。

数据在传输中经过加密(HTTPS/TLS),并对存储数据的访问加以限制。没有任何传输或存储方式是 100% 安全的, 但我们会尽力保护您的信息。
