This page explains how users of FE Exam AI Prep and PE Civil WRE AI Prep can delete their account and associated app data.

Delete in the app

1. Open the app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Request deletion on the web

What is deleted

• Account profile and authentication record
• Study preferences, exam date, progress, mastery, attempts, mock-exam records, and wrong-question queue
• Subscription mirror records and app-side credit history tied to the account
• Question or AI-response reports associated with the account, where legally and technically possible

What may remain

Store purchase records remain with Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies. Anonymous aggregated analytics, fraud-prevention logs, security logs, and backups may be retained for a limited period. We start deletion immediately and complete deletion from active systems promptly; residual copies in backups, security logs, or service-provider systems may take up to 30 days to clear.

• 在法律与技术允许范围内,与账户关联的题目或 AI 回复举报记录

哪些数据可能保留

Apple App Store 或 Google Play 的购买记录由对应商店按其政策保留。匿名聚合分析、 反欺诈日志、安全日志和备份可能在有限期间内保留。我们会立即开始删除,并尽快从活动系统中完成删除; 备份、安全日志或服务提供商系统中的残留副本最多可能需要 30 天清除。
